The Straight Arrow Inc. SMS program sends appointment reminders, service updates, deadline notices, and occasional promotional messages related to tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and DOT compliance services.

2. Opting in

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Straight Arrow Inc. Consent is not required to purchase services.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and upcoming deadlines. You may receive a few messages per month, with additional messages during tax season or filing periods.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Straight Arrow Inc. is not responsible for charges from your carrier.

5. Opting out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number we text you from. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

6. Rejoining

If you unsubscribe and later want to receive messages again, you can opt back in by texting START or YES to the same number, or by updating your preferences through our office.
